Systems Developer (VB.Net, Spalding)   Working with a team of skilled Developers responsible for the creation and support of in house developed solutions, with a focus on system integration, as well as providing technical advice to other IS teams. The role will require the candidate to have strong problem solving skills in order to support the existing applications with proven capability to work well as an individual as well as being part of a team. The successful candidate must have a can do approach with a view to deliver quality solutions right first time. The two primary areas of responsibility for this position is that of

  1. Systems Design and architecture, including the production of associated functional and technical specifications in line with stated requirements,
  2. Use of various development toolsets in order to produce the solutions as per design.

  • Microsoft SQL 2000, 2005, 2008
  • Visual Studio 2005/2008/2010
  • VB.NET & ASP.NET languages (client / web application development)
  • XML, XSL
  • BizTalk 2006
