Trainee Support Analyst/Help Desk/Service Desk
The role is to contribute to successful operation of the Service Desk function
for the Technology Centre providing the initial point of contact for users. In
addition the role is responsible for participating in the Service Desk,
Incident, Problem, Change & Release processes as required. The role will
require you to adhere to the Service Desk process including contact handling
(telephone calls, self service, email etc.). The client will consider candidates
that have recently finished at College/University or candidates that are
