Over 10 years with the Bridge
600 specialist IT placements and counting
10+ years as a key recruiter in Biopharm
Adrian is a Director at the Bridge and has worked in IT recruitment since 2003, delivering top quality consultants across the full IT spectrum from helpdesk support to programme management.
Since joining us in 2006, Adrian has flourished at the Bridge, developing lasting relationships with FTSE 100 companies in a number of fields. For over 10 years he has been recruiter of choice for the world’s biggest pharmaceutical company at their R&D head office. This has been balanced with massive recruitment programmes at global media enterprises and a range of utility companies.
Ask any of his clients, and they’ll tell you that Adrian takes an honest and unfailingly pragmatic approach to sourcing the perfect candidates.
Adrian spends his spare time with his wife and daughter and socialising with friends. Once a keen and regular participant in a number of sporting activities, now age has caught up with him and he devotes his energies to the terraces. He is an avid follower of Liverpool FC and England RFU.
“I have worked with Adrian for a good many years now. He is always there to help. He has worked hard with me to bring in the right skills to augment and build the kind of teams we need at our company to deliver complex solutions to our R&D colleagues. The quality of candidates is usually excellent. Once a candidate is engaged, Adrian is diligent in looking after them. Adrian understands our needs, seeks prospective opportunities, and remembers my plans better than I do!” Mathew Woodwark, Director, Biopharm R&D
