The Bridge IT Recruitment are currently looking for a 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst on a fixed term 9-month contract.
Must have active directory and windows 10 experience to be considered for this role
The successful applicant will be quick to learn new systems, have good problem-solving skills, and an excellent telephone manner.
The duties for this role include logging and resolving tickets using our service desk. Escalating problem tickets to 3rd Line support and working with third parties to ensure prompt ticket resolution.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role and good working knowledge of the following technologies:
* Active Directory
* Windows 10
* Android Phones
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
* Ability to work alone and as part of a team
* Ability to manage your own workload
* Excellent communication skills and telephone manor
* Willingness to learn and adapt to new technology
