The Bridge IT is currently working in partnership with a large industrial organisation based in Warrington. We are currently looking for a 1st and 2nd line support technician who will be able to effectively provide IT assistance across all aspects of the organisation. As well as providing backup and support to the service delivery manager. This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining the ICT environment. As well as the general maintanence of all IT hardware and software.

Essential:

  • 2 years experience in a technical customer service/IT environment
  • Able to troubleshoot Windows XP,7,10
  • Self motivated and well organised
  • Good IP networking skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • experience using Active Directory, Exchange 2010 and Office 2013
