Helpdesk Analyst / 1st line support - Near Peterborough.

Working with a leading company near Peterborough we are looking to recruit a Helpdesk Analyst.

We are looking for someone who has worked in a helpdesk role previously ideally in an ITIL environment using strong customer service skills.

Key skills required are:

  • High level Customer Service Skills and enjoys customer contact
  • High level of personal communications skills
  • Able to provide first line resolution over a wide range of issues
  • Confident and skilled in a MS Windows environment, using MS Office
  • Friendly and calming phone manner
  • Motivated and enthusiastic under pressure
  • Enjoys analysing problems and providing resolutions
  • Able to learn and react to changing circumstances rapidly
  • Basic hardware troubleshooting skills
  • Able to hold priorities and control in a pressured environment
  • Exposure to email usage and/or administration
  • Used to working in an end user environment
