Helpdesk Analyst / 1st line support - Near Peterborough.
Working with a leading company near Peterborough we are looking to recruit a Helpdesk Analyst.
We are looking for someone who has worked in a helpdesk role previously ideally in an ITIL environment using strong customer service skills.
Key skills required are:
- High level Customer Service Skills and enjoys customer contact
- High level of personal communications skills
- Able to provide first line resolution over a wide range of issues
- Confident and skilled in a MS Windows environment, using MS Office
- Friendly and calming phone manner
- Motivated and enthusiastic under pressure
- Enjoys analysing problems and providing resolutions
- Able to learn and react to changing circumstances rapidly
- Basic hardware troubleshooting skills
- Able to hold priorities and control in a pressured environment
- Exposure to email usage and/or administration
- Used to working in an end user environment
