1st Line Service Desk Analyst - Leeds - £24,000 per annum - Leeds

The Bridge IT are recruiting for a Service Desk Analyst to join a busy First Line Team on behalf of a client based in Leeds City Centre.

As a First Line Analyst you will be the second point of contact for all end users and will provide excellent customer service to end users who require IT support.

You will be required to deal with support incidents of being submitted to the Service Desk via face to face telephone calls or email.

You will be responsible for ensuring all support incidents, requests and problems are logged in the company's ITSM toolset and are resolved in line with the I.T. departments SLA's.

The Successful candidate will possess the following:
- Excellent communication Skills
- Excellent Customer Service Skills and Experience.
- Knowledge of Windows Technology including: AD and Office 365.
