1st Line Service Desk - Leeds - £24,000
We are working with a Legal firm that, due to progression, has opportunities for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to join their team to learn the in's and out's of their sector.
Our client is committed to excellence and are keen to have a strong member who has the confidence in communicating to stakeholders of varying levels and the technical abilities to resolve issues in a timely manner.
You will experience an average of 40-70 calls per day varying issues whilst working with a mix of technology including, Microsoft, Citrix and Bighand. If you excel at communication and bring technical experience within these, they will offer a strong chance to progress through their ranks.

- Salary up to £24,000 per annum,
