1st Line Support Analyst

Looking for a 1st Line Support for a well-established Yorkshire based organisation with an office in Harrogate.

You will be responsible for providing IT support to internal users, where duties include assisting with hardware, software, desktop applications, network and communications problems at first line level. The position will assist to develop and accelerate and nurture your career within the IT industry. You will gain a full understanding of the nuances of operational and the technology challenges.

Experience required:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand technical issues and manage expectations
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work calmly when under pressure
  • Ability to work under own initiative or collaboratively with internal and external partners
  • Must be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic
  • Have a willingness to learn and develop both technical and non-technical skills
