2nd Line IT Support Engineer

The Bridge IT are looking to recruit a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to join a growing team based in Leeds. Ideally you will already have experience in a 2nd Line Technical Support Engineer role, you will be responsible for providing 2st clad technical service to an expanding customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Perform regular Network and Active Directory management tasks
  • Report, update and track incidents sing service desk system

Skills Required:

  • Experience providing 1st/2nd Line IT Support
  • Technical knowledge of Microsoft Windows, both desktop and server operating systems
  • Previous experience working in a customer facing environment
  • Ability to provide root cause analysis
  • Technical documentation skills
  • Knowledge of Windows 7 & 10, Microsoft Office, MacOS X, Windows Server, AD Administration, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Antivirus software
  • Networking knowledge of LAN/WAN technologies
