2nd Line Support Analyst – Knaresborough – £22,000 - £27,000 pa

Are you a Support Engineer with a desire to work for a company with a mission?

Here at the Bridge, we have teamed up with a firm that was set up with one goal in mind, and it isn't to just increase the bottom line.

Their operation is looking for an IT Support Engineer within 2nd Line to help them resolve issues that internal and external customers are faced with on a daily basis. Your responsibilities will be working with Microsoft Systems and ensuring that issues are resolved quickly and effectively within the agreed SLA's.

Essential Skills:


  • A good understanding of 2nd Line Support processes, including;


    • Ticketing,
    • Working to SLA's,
    • Hitting KPI's,
    • Active Directory,
    • Group Policies,


  • Strong understanding of Microsoft OS and Office Applications,
  • Knowledge of Infrastructure, such as;


    • VLAN's
    • Routing,
    • DNS,
    • DHCP,
    • Ports,
    • Firewalls,



Your Package:


  • Salary between £22,000 - £27,000 per annum,
