2nd Line Support Analyst - Huddersfield - 50% remote

The Bridge IT have partnered with a global construction company in Huddersfield to recruit a Support Analyst at a 2nd line level.

Within this role you will responsible for providing support and maintenance of Ecommerce/ Web Platforms and the supporting systems through the ownership and resolution of Incidents and Service Requests, performing routine maintenance and by undertaking project work as required.

You will be working in a pair covering between 7am - 6pm. Rotating weekly shifts of 7am - 3.30pm and 9.30am - 6pm and the position is 50% remote/50% on site.

To be successful In This Position
you need to be a proactive individual who has experience in supporting high availability web applications / E-Commerce. This individual must have excellent communication skills and the ability to maintain stakeholder relationships. If you have working knowledge of Salesforce CRM, SAP Hybris Platform and Dynatrace, that will be great!
