2nd Line Support Analyst - Leeds - £28,000

The Bridge IT are working with an established law firm that is looking for a 2nd line analyst to help them resolve technical issues faced by internal customers. You will be responsible for ensuring all support incidents, requests and problems are logged in the ITSM whilst giving great customer service.

With this role you will help the running of the 2nd line service team, ensuring that you meet SLA's and act as a mentor for the 1st line team.

Key Skills:

- Previous experience in a 2nd Line role,

- A strong understanding of Microsoft technologies including, but not limited to,

- Active Directory,

- Windows Desktop and Server,

- Antivirus,

- Citrix,

- Experience of working to ITIL standards,

Your Package:

- Salary up to £28,000,

- 20 days holiday + bank holidays,
