IT Service Desk Technician (12 Month FTC) – Leeds – Up to £25,000 pa

Are you in IT Service Desk looking for a change of scenery?

The Bridge IT have a role as an IT Service Desk Technician with 1st Line Support and 2nd Line support experience to join a successful Law Firm for 12 months.

This role will have you working within the IT Support team helping those less technical than yourself to resolve their IT related issues. Being placed into a team, your ability to work well with others and offer your own opinion and insight will be a significant factor in the success of the team.

Essential Skills:

  • 2 Years' Experience working in IT Support,
  • Being able to understand and resolve up to 2nd line queries,
  • Implementable knowledge on Active Directory and Group Policies,
  • Capacity to virus check software and computers,

Your Package:

  • Salary up to £25,000 pa,
