3rd Line Support / End User Computing / EUC

Currently recruiting a 3rd Line Support / End User Computing Analyst to support and maintain the end user experience for all users by ensuring all incidents are logged and effectively resolved. A great opportunity to get involved in business-critical project work along with maintaining the core support services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide End User support for all users covering a wide range of devices, desktops, laptops, mobile devices and printers
  • Prepare and transition new project deliverables into the team
  • Contribute to projects to ensure all technical requirements are captured as part of the planning process and coordinate with the team accordingly
  • Own the transition process from design to operations
  • Engage in root cause analysis for appropriate incident and problems
  • Develop and document recommendations and solutions
  • Actively record, report and raise tickets when issues and faults are identified
  • Act as SME and give relevant technical guidance to any projects and in meetings
  • Build and maintain key working relationship with other 3rd line and Platform Design teams

 

Key Skills

  • Understanding of a wide range of End User Computing and collaboration technologies
  • Operating System Deployment (OSD) and troubleshooting experience
  • Strong Windows administrator experience - Active Directory/Group Policy/DNS/DHCP
  • Experience of root cause analysis and problem management
  • Creation of technical and process documentation, frameworks and working to defined build standards and templates.
  • Understanding of ITIL practices
