My client, a Global Digital organisation are looking to recruit an experienced Business Analyst to work alongside the Organisation Design Workstream Lead and the Insight Initiative Change Manager to deliver a new organisational design across their analytics capability.

You will be a key interface between the Insight Driven Initiative Organisation Design Workstream and the business and technical stakeholders.

Requirements Management:

- Experienced in running and facilitating effective workshops and interviews.
- Able to adapt and to apply a variety of elicitation techniques accordingly.
- Produce documentation as appropriate to communicate and aid understanding of the requirements, with particular focus on production of Change Impact analysis, with reference to the ‘As Is’ and ‘To Be’ processes and business designs.
- Take ownership of the business change impact assessment and target business design activities, providing input to project deliverables and controls as required.
- Able to convey outputs using appropriate approaches to aid understanding e.g. visual representations, use case diagrams, activity diagrams, etc.
- Able to write unambiguous, verified requirements to a testable level.
- Skilled in process modelling analysis and notation (As-is, To-be, workflows, user journeys etc.).
- Has a natural inquisitive nature and will ask probing, open-ended questions to draw out true requirements.
- Proven gap analysis skills.


- Work together with project teams to ensure outcomes meet expectations.
- Estimate and plan analysis tasks and be accountable for the delivery of those tasks in a timely manner.
- Apply best practice methodology: Experienced in both Agile and Waterfall software delivery methodologies.

Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure their needs are captured in a clear, concise, and unambiguous way.
- Able to connect with stakeholders to facilitate easier collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with good interpersonal and consultative skills.

The person:
- Has strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
- Has experience in supporting set-up of new target operating models.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively in line with project timelines.
- Uses critical thinking to investigate options and alternatives instead of accepting the first solution given.
- Can rise above low-level details to see the big picture, therefore thinks ahead and anticipates needs.
- Has an open mind and is willing to listen to others' views and opinions?
- Can gauge the pulse of the project and when necessary, go the extra mile to make things happen.

The contract is initially for 9 months and likely to extend. The work is fully home-based and is OUTSIDE IR35. Please send a copy of your CV for immediate consideration.
