Change Manager – Manchester
My Manchester based client is looking to recruit an experienced Change Manager to drive forward the design and delivery of change methodology. The Change Manager will be tasked with leading engagement with the business across major transformational programmes working closely with the Programme Manager to deliver change management initiatives.
As Change Manager you will :
• Provide a bridge between the Project and Business Users
• Design, oversee and implement Change initiatives
• Design and manage the Change Management and communications roadmap
• Apply a structured change methodology
• Assess Change impact and readiness
• Conduct impact analysis
• Undertake continual improvement
The Change Manager will be able to demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the practises, procedures and principles of Change Management – accreditation of which would be of specific interest.
