Customer Service Specialist - Witney - £25,000
The Bridge IT are proud to be representing a growing firm that are in need of a Customer Service Specialist with some understanding of project work to come on-board and help them with their customer experience.
You'll have the responsibilities of ensuring that communication between the parties of all projects you are assisting with are up to date, informed and engaged with the projects. You'll be managing project plans, liaising with stakeholders and the first point of contact for any issues that may arise.
You'll be assisting with critical SaaS (Software as a Service) and Cloud technologies from start to finish and the after care period to ensure the implementation has run as smoothly as possible.
- Clear communication skills with the ability to deal with difficult customers/stakeholders,
- Previous project analyst experience,
- Ability to work with technology and explain technical concepts,
- Ability to analyse logically whilst offering coherent solutions to problems,
- Salary up to £25,000 per annum,
