Job Description

? Onboarding: Engage with the customer and support onboarding activities, including participation in the sales to services transition with an objective of understanding the customer's challenges and requirements.
? Adoption: As the customer's key contact, maintain an understanding of the customer's applicable technical infrastructure, their objectives for using software and any challenges they encounter. Provide ongoing technical guidance to ensure full-adoption of software.
? Ongoing Improvement: Continually seek improvements to product and processes, capture lessons learned from customer engagement and proactively suggest opportunities for improvement with colleagues and the wider business.

Qualifications

? 1 to 3 years of experience in a relevant role
? Strong systems administration skills for Unix/Linux environments
? Experience in the use, administration and upgrade of Gerrit in a Git ecosystem
? Experience in an enterprise software professional services or similar technical customer-facing role
? Experience working with Version Control software such as Subversion (SVN) or Git
? Experience of installing, configuring or maintaining Apache Web Servers
? Proficiency in writing customer-facing documents, including knowledge base articles
? Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
