Data Management Specialist - East Leeds - £30,000

The Bridge IT have partnered with a nationwide marketing company to recruit a Data Management Specialist to join their team operating out of the Leeds office. The role will operate on flexible model of remote working, with a few days in the office and the remainder at home.

Within this role you will responsible for owning and supporting data operations and solutions on behalf of a number of external clients. The role will involve managing the database builds and established client campaigns along with inhouse processes always ensuring integrity and accuracy at all times.

Role Responsibilities
Access customer data from internal and external SFTP sites
To generate reports including data health checks and suppression reports.
Maintain and update relevant tables, within the software as they become available.
Assist client services and developers with queries they might have with the data.
Reformat customer data to fit the Data and customer requirements
Ensure each regular updates of client databases and internal datasets.
Maintaining high programming standards by following production, productivity, quality, and customer[1]service standards identifying work process improvements implementing new technology.
Optimise tools for use within ours and our clients’ organisations.
Support wider department solutions and improve usability of BAU jobs.

Key Skills
Technical knowledge in data management components and systems especially with large data sets (more than 1m records, ideally 50m).
Knowledge around data and structures and schemas of a typical marketing solutions.
Experience in data management and direct marketing.
Experience of matching concepts and methodologies (Desirable).
Experience of CRM systems including but not limited to FastStats, Alterian, Unica, Adobe Campaign, Marketo
