My client, a Global organisation based in Northamptonshire are looking for an experienced Incident Manager on a 3 month contract to start ASAP.
The successful individual will have extensive experience of performing as an Incident Manager for a Global organisation previously with experience in problem/change management (ITIL). The support covers all infrastructure including networks, servers, applications and you will be required to be on-call and work outside of normal business hours where required, normal working hours are Monday - Friday.
