HR Data and Systems Manager - 12 Month FTC

The Bridge IT are working with a thriving business in Bradford who are looking for a 12 Month FTC HR Data Manager who has previous experience with HR systems and strong management skills.
The purpose of the role is to lead a team and provide the business with an insightful people MI system whilst optimising the current technologies and data needed to allow the people area to deliver key services.
Having management and HR systems experience is a necessity as you will have 9 direct reports.

Role Specifications and Accountabilities

Develop, deliver and manage the Colleague MI suite (including Board KPIs & reporting), ensuring alignment to the company strategy and regulatory responsibilities. Drive use of deliveries, growing understanding of colleague performance.
Lead the thinking and coordinate across People Division and the wider business to develop actionable insight from the Colleague Data we hold. Explore opportunities to use breadth of data better to drive better insight of Colleague performance.
Manage and maintain the portfolio of HR systems including system deployment, upgrades, releases & patches, user access control and ongoing business change requirements.
Drive ongoing process improvement and automation, own the HR tech roadmap and manage the process for optimising current HR technologies, in line with prioritised business needs.

Excellent technical skills across HR Systems and Platforms, and a strong understanding of use of technology across the People Division.

Resource management and ability to drive deliveries to a successful conclusion.
Ability to question and challenge customers which will enable the delivery of quality system configuration solutions
High degree of attention to detail
