My client, a Global eCommerce organisation based in Northamptonshire are looking to recruit an experienced Problem Manager to start ASAP on an initial 3 month contract likely to extend.
As Problem Manager you will also be responsible for handling all P1 / P2 incidents across infrastructure, applications, warehouse systems and networks. There will be no on-call for this role but occasional out-of-hours support may be required time to time.
