IT Service Desk Team Leader

*This is a 10 month fixed term contract*

We have an exciting opportunity to join us as an IT Service Desk Team Leader based in central Leeds. As an IT Service Desk Team Leader you'll be responsible for ensuring that the Service Desk team are adhering to SLAs and providing excellent customer service to colleagues across the team.

Working in a fast-paced busy environment you will ensure that the team are motivated and resolve tickets in line with SLAs whilst delivering an excellent customer experience you'll manage escalations from start to finish, complete monthly performance reports and identify recurring problems and trends, assisting in their resolution.

Key Criteria
* Previous experience of leading or managing a team within a support environment
* A proven track record of working within an IT Service Desk
* ITIL experience
* Self-motivated with excellent organisational skills
* Strong communication and problem resolution ability
* Good MS-Office and Excel
