On Site Role: Leeds/Garforth
Salary: Up to £35k Per Year
JOB ROLE:
As part of the IT Support team the purpose of this role is to provide first and second line support for the whole range of IT & communication systems and technologies for the client, requiring a wide range of IT skills to be brought to bear in a mainly Microsoft environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Record, respond to and resolve any IT issues raised by staff members in a professional and timely manner
- Configure, install and maintain PC’s, printers and other IT equipment such as Windows 10 and 11
- Manage and maintain hardware and software asset lists and databases
- Network cabling and TCP/IP fundamentals
- Able to understand and write SQL
- Bespoke applications encompassing CRM & ERP, with web, Android tablet and touchscreen PC clients
