Service Desk Anlyst 
My Leeds based client is looking to recruit an IT Support Technician to provide an internal support function dealing with hardware, software, desktop, networking and communication issues.
As IT Support Engineer, you will log all support calls, providing a level of first time fix, escalating as necessary.
More specifically, you will :
• Make site visits to branch offices throughout the Yorkshire region
• Assist with new starters, movers and leavers in relation to the creation of user accounts, passwords, email accounts and security access.
• Assist with the development of the infrastructure
• Assist with the installation of new hardware and software
• Maintain the asset register
• Liaise with external suppliers and third parties

Technically, the IT Support Technician will possess proven expertise in MS Office 365, MS Exchange, AD and Citrix.
