IT Support Analyst

Do you have second line support experience and excellent problem solving skills? We have an exciting opportunity to join the team as an IT Support Analyst based in the heart of Leeds. As an IT Support Analyst, you will maintain the internal IT systems, hardware and software using your technical knowledge and focussing on excellent customer service. You will make sure change is managed in line with procedures that deliver best practice.

Key duties include providing second line support for IT servers, desktop, communication and core business applications and processing incidents and requests professionally and effectively. As a member of the IT Services team, you will help ensure that the internal IT systems are operational and available in line with our agreed SLAs.

Key Criteria
* Significant experience in IT Support and familiarity with IT service desk management tools
* High standard of personal integrity
* Appropriate academic and IT qualifications
* Ability to prioritise and manage your own workload and to work unsupervised.
