My Client a leading company based in Leeds are searching for IT Support Engineer. Looking for someone who can provide First and Second line support for a whole range of IT and Communication systems. You will work in a proactive and co-operative manner to ensure that the responsiveness, effectiveness and quality of the IT Support is as good as it can be.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Record, respond to and resolve any IT issues.
Undertake project work to improve IT systems
Perform user and mailbox administration
Manage distribution of mobile phones and associated hardware
Manage and maintain hardware and software asset lists and databases
Configure, install and maintain PC's, printers and other IT equipment
Check and monitor servers and network equipment
Monitor and manage data backups
