The Bridge IT is currently working in partnership with a well known residential care home. You will be working as part of a small IT team providing IT support and reporting directly to the IT manager. The role is quite diverse providing, software, hardware and telecoms support as well as developing reporting tools to assist the wider business.
Key skills required:
An understanding through studies or employment of databases and data queries.
Coding in SQL
Ability to use cleansing techniques to create informative, precise reports.
A good understanding of Microsoft excel
VBA development experience is desirable
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and a process driven mindset with the ability to prioritise
Able to work towards deadlines
Providing support on and offsite with regards to a range of IT support requests (hardware/software/telecoms)
Developing ad hoc reports using SQL to support the business
Maintaining and administering routing tasks back ups, overnight reports etc
Contributing to delivering team performance to adhere to group IT policy
