The Bridge IT Recruitment are currently looking for Support engineers for a well renowned company based in London.
The main purpose of the role is to carry out a variety of technical tasks to meet customer requirements.
Main duties involve:
To manage a variety of networks including mobile service alerts/reports and faults from customers.
Update ticket systems and customer documentation with fault history.
Contact 3rd party suppliers
Knowledge of excel,word,power point and visio
Knowledge of maintenance and installation of network infrastructure, server or virtualisation
Fluent in English-verbal and written
Valid CCNP/CCNA/JNCIP/MCSE/MCSA/VCP or equivalent certification
available on either a day rota- 9am-5.30pm monday-friday (37.5 hours per week)
OR on a shift basis- (12 hours) 4 days on and 4 days off
or 4 nights on and 4 days off (12 hours)
