The Bridge IT Recruitment are currently looking for Support engineers for a well renowned company based in London.
As a shift engineer the main role involves 1st line and 2nd line support and assisting customers with faults and issues.
Main duties involve:
To manage a variety of networks including mobile service alerts/reports and faults from customers.
Update ticket systems and customer documentation with fault history.
Contact 3rd party suppliers
Knowledge of excel,word,power point and visio
Knowledge of maintenance and installation of network infrastructure, server,security or virtulisation
Fluent in English-verbal and written
Valid CCNP/CCNA/JNCIP/MCSE/MCSA/VCP or equivalent certification
Shift times are as follows:
4 days on and 4 days off with an additional £1300 per year shift allowance
