I am currently working with a market leading business within the wholesale industry. This business is renowned is what they do and specialise within a unique yet very successful industry.

Given their on- going success and expansion they are looking for an experienced Finance professional with NetSuite experience who will share their knowledge of the system with the team. This is a brand-new role within the business and will give the successful candidate the platform the make the role their own.

Responsibilities

• Be the POC for all finance enquiries
• Complete monthly budget packs
• Maintain and Reconcile monthly prepayments
• Complete year end processes
• Analysis of Accounts
• VAT returns
• Preparation of annual budgets
• Liaise with external technical team to deal with any system issues
• Review monthly prepayments and accruals
• Work with external accounts
• Provide training and support to Finance team
• Assist with implementation and maintenance of internal financial controls

Essential Experience

• Proven experience working within an Accounting role
• Experience using NetSuite

Nice to have

• Wholesale/ Retail industry experience
• Import/Export industry experience
• Accounting qualifications

Post Covid the successful candidate will be required to attend their office in Hillingdon for a minimum of 1 day per week.
