Here at Bridge IT we have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join a leading client and support them on their transformation journey!
As the Project Coordinator you will provide programme support, intelligent collation and day-to-day administrative support to the core Business Transformation Project team. You will provide support to the Programme Director, Head of Programme Delivery and Lead Project Managers and on behalf of the whole project to gather and maintain project information, schedule meetings and events and help ensure commitments and timescales are met.
To be successful you will ideally have experience working closely with a wide range of stakeholders at all levels across the business, with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Project Online and SharePoint. The ability to work collaboratively across functions, whilst having detail-focused planning and organising skills, is essential. You will be confident and enthusiastic with excellent communication skills, able to anticipate the support needs of others and manage multiple priorities calmly and with good judgement. Experience of project administration and coordination are desired but not essential as training will be provided.
