The role is for a Project Manager who has experience of working within Projects & Change, and is looking to grow their experience to enable greater responsibility and career growth. The candidate will be responsible for managing small and medium sized projects within an outsourced contact centre environment, within the financial services sector. As experience and expertise grows, the role will move into projects with broader scope and complexity:
Takes overall ownership for all aspects of small and medium sized projects or initiatives (project may support a larger, more complex programme) from initiation to delivery, so that projects are completed on time, to the required scope & objectives, and within budget.
Is seen as the point of contact / subject matter expert for their projects with the support of management and senior stake holders. Acts as a liaison with other areas in the organisation to secure specialised resources and contributions for the project.
Works with work stream leads to designs, communicate, manage and implement the plan for completing the project, and tracks progress and performance against it. Identifies, resolves, or escalates issues and risks in order to ensure full awareness and to minimise delays.
Facilitates and manages the analysis of project requirements, supports the collation of the cost estimates, resources, and time required to complete the project(s), and ensures project goals and requirements are met within time, cost, and quality parameters.
Conducts project meetings, and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team. Works with stakeholders and identifies and establishes priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates project staff to meet project targets and milestones and ensures project is delivered to the internal and/or external client's satisfaction.

SUPERVISION Normally receives general instructions on routine work, detailed instructions on new projects or assignments
Required Experience: Typically Minimum 2 Years Relevant Experience ‐
Required Education: Bachelors Degree ‐ No designated field or equivalent training and/or work experience in lieu of a degree
