Project Manager - ITIL / Service Management / Service Delivery / ITSM

Currently recruiting for a Contract Project Manager with an ITIL / Agile background for an established institution based in Leeds. There is a significant transformation programme underway and this particular Project Manager will be responsible for upgrading their IT Service Delivery and Management. The aim is to better align it to the principles of ITIL Service Delivery and provide higher quality services.

Key responsibilities:

  • Must have strong Project Management experience and be comfortable setting up, coordinating and implementing a programme of work
  • Manage initiatives through the project lifecycle to upgrade service management practices and implement a service catalogue
  • Help transition and embed new processes into the service function
  • Provide assurance to the Business Sponsors and Leads regarding the management of priorities and risks
  • Update the incident resolution process to improve interaction with customers
  • Create operating models for support / service teams
  • Ensure project planning and governance supports and effective project implementation
