The Bridge IT is currently working with a large financial client. They are currently looking for a Records and Information Manager to manage a team of three people at their head office based in Bradford or at the Leeds branch based close by to transport links. We are seeking a friendly, outgoing professional with excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills as well as an individual who has experience with stakeholder management and negotiation skills. A strong team player who is able to work effectively with strategic partners across the group in order to influence and shape successful methods of working. Maintaining a high level of customer engagement is critical in order to be successful in this role. Therefore, strong communication skills are essential as the role will require working with customers who may not be tech savvy.
Purpose of the role:
To provide effective oversight and management of the Enterprise Content Management platform and associated document archive services. Providing strong account management and service delivery driving improved customer satisfaction levels (internal and external), adherence to all applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Good knowledge of regulatory requirements for safeguarding and protecting customer data
- Experience in Records and Data Management capability.
- Significant experience dealing with suppliers for this capability
- Extensive knowledge in Records and Data Management capability and proven track record
