This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a remote contract Redshift DBA on a long term project that is inside IR35.

This Redhift DBA will be working on a knowledge transfer and handover, to the project in better space operationally, then strategic migration to DAP platform - ie taking pipelines written in informatica and migrating into python.

The key experience required for this remote Redshift DBA position is:

• Experience of AWS Redshift/Spectrum preferred

• Experience of columnar storage and data warehousing
• DBA experience including:

• Deploying schema changes
• Database maintenance and optimisation
• User access control and database security
• Backup and archiving

• Troubleshooting issues
• SQL
