Job Description

The Bridge IT is currently working with a global gaming company in recruiting for a Senior Programme Manager. The role will be a hybrid role, reporting to either their Leeds or London office.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience in leading large scale change programmes from planning to delivery. You will lead and develop a team of Project/Programme managers within technical and business delivery.

 

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders, third-party vendors, divisional technology teams and wider teams.
  • Ensure appropriate governance structures and reporting processes are established; resolving issues, meeting milestones and managing budgets.
  • Ensure programmes remains aligned with the objectives by designing and implementing strategies.
  • Change Leadership by working across the tech teams, effectively embed change and supporting the programme stakeholders.
  • Empower teams and lead people. Foster an organisational culture that embraces and thrives on change.

 

Requirements

  • Previous experience of operating in a senior technology role within a fast-paced global online/eCommerce organisation.
  • Good balance of commercial acumen and project management experience.
  • Experience in large scale change programme management.
  • Previous experience of managing third party vendors.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Structured thinking and a clear ability to effectively shape senior stakeholder’s decision making.
  • Strong organizational skills, analysis, problem resolution and decision-making skills.
  • Good understanding of business technology.
