Bridge IT are partnering with a forward-thinking organisation to help them recruit an experienced Service Delivery Manager. Based in West Yorkshire, our client is offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

They seek an individual who can manage and deliver change in a busy environment. As the Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT Services to colleagues across the business, through the operational management of multiple 3rd Party Suppliers and an internal team.

You must have experience of all aspects in;

  • 3rd party supplier management
  • Able to form and maintain effective working relationships at all levels and manage stakeholders across the organization.
  • Host service reviews with a view to reporting on performance
  • Assess SLAs against contract and manage service improvement plans

You will be working within an ITIL framework across the key disciplines of Incident, Problem and Change. You will need to be ITIL qualified to at least Foundation level, be conversant with ITSM best practice process and have practical experience of delivering IT services in a similar environment.
