Service Delivery Manager

Location - West Yorkshire with remote working options.

Here at Bridge IT we have an exciting opprtunity for an experienced Service Delivery Manager to join an industry leading client based in West Yorkshire. This is a 6 month contract with a potential to extend, offering a competitive day rate.

As the IT Services Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of IT Services to colleagues, through the operational management of multiple 3rd Party Suppliers and a small internal team.

You must have experience of all aspects of supplier management, including being able to form effective working relationships, host service reviews, assess SLA performance against contract and manage service improvement plans.

You will be operating within an ITIL framework across the key disciplines of Incident, Problem and Change.  Consequently, you will be ITIL qualified, conversant with ITSM best practice process and have practical experience of delivering IT services in a similar environment.
