Service Desk Analyst

Leeds based client looking to recruit a Service Desk Analyst for an initial 3 month contract.

As Service Desk Analyst, you will provide a first line support function within a busy IT environment, helping users transition during an office relocation.
Within this role, the Helpdesk Analyst will :
* Take and log calls on the Service Desk system, ensuring all client contacts and updates are recorded
* Investigate, monitor and provide a first time fix where appropriate, escalating accordingly
* Chase overdue incidents
* Liaise with internal and external clients, IT and external suppliers to resolve incidents.
Technically, the Service Desk Analyst will be experienced in first and second line support with expertise in Microsoft Desktop operating systems and Applications - including Office 2013. Microsoft accreditation would be highly advantageous.
This is initially a 3 month contract role which may well extend .
