Service Desk Lead – Leeds - £35,000 pa

Are you an experience Service Desk Lead looking to move into a large national firm?

The Bridge IT have combined with this leading Law Firm to bring on board a Service Desk Analyst Lead to help with their IT Support. You will in charge of a small team with some key responsibilities that will make you an important port of call for this firm.

Working to ITIL standards you will be leading your team to help provide 1st and 2nd line support as well as general troubleshooting. You'll be supporting and advising staff in the effective use of IT as well as developing important customer relationships, both internal and external.

Essential Skills:

  • Proven experience in delivering excellent client service within an IT Helpdesk,
  • ITIL Certified,
  • Strong understanding of 1st and 2nd line duties,
  • Ability to work to targets and under time pressure,
  • A Leader who supports and helps develop their colleagues,
