Service Manager - Fully Remote - £45,000-£50,000

Are you a service-focused individual looking for your next challenge? A market leader in their industry and growing their team further looking to bring a Service Manager on board to work remotely. As the Service Manager, you will be responsible for end-to-end provision of services to the business achieved through various functions:

What will you be involved in? Your responsibilities will include:

-Developing and driving execution of service improvement plans
- Connecting project delivery with service delivery, communicating to and from the business during incidents
-Providing valuable feedback to both internal and external stakeholders on service performance
-Taking account of business highs and lows in the provision of required service

You will have:

-Strong Stakeholder engagement skills
-Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
-Excellent relationship management skills, ability to enhance business facing relationship and drive continued service improvement within Business Technology
-An aptitude for problem solving and be able to work well to deadlines
-Solid understanding of business process, risk management
Any knowledge of ITIL processes such as Change and Problem Management also beneficial
