Senior Service Delivery Manager - Leeds - £56,000

Are you a Service Delivery Manager with strong Root Cause Analysis and improvement skills?

We have a role that is focused on these areas.

This opportunity will Have you look at large problems within this firm, as a whole, and separate entities to then deduce what the true issue is and why it is happening.

With an overview of the entire business, you'll have a large amount of responsibility to ensure that you succeed in this role.

The IT department operates using ITIL practices and these are essential in in this role.

Key Skills

- ITIL v3 Foundation Certified

- Knowledge and experience of ITSM best practice

- Strong stakeholder management skills

- Managerial skills and experience building matrix teams

Your Package:

- Salary up to £56,000
