12 months contract

I am currently working with a global market leading food production business who work with some of the top retailers and well-known food operators on an international scale. Given their on- going expansion and success they are looking for an experienced Support Analyst with experience working with SAP Success Factor to work with their IT Support Manager.

The Support Analyst plays a vital role in supporting the overall IT Infrastructure, laptop computing, fixed telephony, mobile, printing and business applications. This will include first-and second-line services and support clients internally and externally.

Duties include

  • Responsible for engaging with service owners to provide appropriate support actions and advise on any issues discovered that may require additional updates or changes
  • Responsible for the 1st and 2nd Line Incident management and supporting 3rd Line support teams with problem management
  • Measure and monitor KPIs/SLAs
  • Develops strong working relationships and has regular contact with the customer
  • Involvement with team and departmental wide initiatives to improve process, systems and resourcing methods

Essential Skills

  • Experience of working in an IT support environment
  • Experience supporting SAP SuccessFactors
  • High degree of technical knowledge in end user computing, mobile and fixed telephony, printers and business applications
  • Customer service focused
  • Excellent communicator both with internal IS staff and business colleagues
  • Practical involvement in delivery of projects
  • Operational experience including performance monitoring and maintenance
  • Excellent team player
  • Ability to make decisions and adapt to different tasks/environments quickly
