My client a leading Healthcare Services Company based in West Yorkshire.They are looking for a Support Analyst to provide technical support and training for all Health Customers, patients, partners and users.
The Support Analyst is expected to deliver high quality customer service in a professional, efficient manner. This role will be suitable to 1st Line Support Analyst, Customer Service Associates or Graduates.
The main duties and responsibilities include:
Handling customer contacts in a professional manner
Diagnose generally related customer problems
Key skills and competencies required:
Experience in a customer support environment
