Transformation Architect - Leeds/Remote - £70,000
The Bridge IT are working with a reputable financial organisation with offices in Leeds to recruit a Transformation Architect as the company looks to move into a more Agile/Digital environment.
As a Transformation Architect you will conduct enterprise wide analysis and design activities to aid the companies Enterprise Architecture. You will be joining a high functioning Digital Programmes function where you will produce architectural blueprints roadmaps and target architectures, supporting the successful execution of strategy.
Development of the Enterprise Architecture, ensuring change has viewpoints from all domains (people, process, technology & data) and are designed to deliver our strategy.
Translate Divisional plans into architectural building blocks which create a cohesive and sustainable transformation roadmap and underpinning architectural blueprints.
Support Transformational change planning activities by defining and recommending EA aligned work packages including conceptual current and transition state to-be architectures.
Own and lead the maintenance of Enterprise wide design principles ensuring they are in line with Risk policy and are industry / regulatory compliant.
Contribute to the creation of an Architecture Governance Framework that supports collaborative, agile and lean ways of working whilst maintaining the integrity of the EA.
Direct and lead the Design Authority forums for change initiatives ensuring compliance with the agreed Conceptual To-Be Architecture and traceability to the EA strategy.
Proactively assess and undertake research activities, extending personal and the teams' knowledge in Architecture principles, liaising with 3rd parties as required.
Appropriate architecture accreditation (TOGAF9)
Subject Matter Expert in the development of Enterprise Architecture using industry standard principals, techniques and tools
Strong understanding of business models and how these translate into operating models within an organisation
Extensive experience of ensuring architecture aligns with strategic organisational priorities
Experience using model-based representations that can be adjusted as required to collect, aggregate or disaggregate complex and conflicting information about the business
